Shipping policy

Purchased shipping will be fulfilled via selected method whenever possible. 

We offer a variety of shipping options for the wide variety of customers we serve. For any custom items, once the item has been fully processed and cured, handling time to ship should be 2-3 business days.

Items are well packaged for reasonably safe transit per our normal shipping standard. Any damage found must have thorough photos taken of the product, how it was packed with original material and the shipping box and emailed to ruthandreneehandmade@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of the product.  First-Class or media mail shipping cannot be claimed for loss or damage per USPS regulations.
